Please be advised, the condominium does not cover interior or exterior extermination expenses for bats, rodents, insects, etc.  Extermination expenses would be a homeowner's responsibility. Some residents have used Bug Free Exterminating and Terminix in the past.



The Manorville Post Office requests we all check our mailboxes at least once a week.
