The Cobbleridge Condominium House Rules, Section 2,  requires homeowners and residents to follow New York State, Suffolk County and Town of Brookhaven codes and advisories for multiple dwelling buildings. Because these codes and advisories ensure the safety of all residents, violations will be subject to a warning and subsequent fine if the violation is not corrected.
